Shipping and delivery of orders
All valid orders are prepared and shipped within 24 working hours following their validation (Valid Payment). The products shipped are protected in a recyclable packaging, adapted to their size, resistant and discreet, without any indication of the contents of the package.
When finalizing your order on our site, we will offer you, depending on the nature of the products in your basket and your delivery address, the choice among different delivery methods. Home delivery for all products offered on the website.
Where we deliver ?
Here is the list of countries to which we currently deliver: Austria, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands… and more in the European Union.
You can request to modify the delivery address of your order, only before shipping, by sending an email from the mailbox used when placing your order, to orders@organichempgram.shop, specifying the associated Name when ordering, the order number and the new delivery address to be taken into account. Any order already shipped (shipping confirmation email sent) cannot be subject to a modification of the delivery address of the order concerned.
When your order is shipped, you will receive by email a shipping confirmation of your order, containing an online tracking link for your delivery, allowing you to follow in real time the delivery of your order to the address delivery date indicated.
Orders are delivered by recognized carriers with online tracking. Depending on the nature of the products ordered and your delivery address, you will be delivered by DHL carrier.
Return Procedure
You have a legal period of maximum 14 days from delivery of the products concerned to make a written return request (request for refund or exchange).
To make a return request (exchange or refund), please send an email to the contact address : orders@organichempgram.shop indicating your name, your order number, the products you wish to return and the nature of your request for each product (exchange or refund).
You will receive in response to your request, and within 24 hours maximum, an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request, and if your request is accepted, a link in the email allowing you to print your label return transport. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Return acceptance conditions
To be accepted, a return request must meet all of the following conditions:
– The return request must be complete (specifying the customer’s name, the order number, the products to be returned, and the nature of your request for each returned product (exchange or refund).
– The return request must be sent by email to contact : orders@organichempgram.shop within a maximum period of 14 days from delivery of the products concerned by the return request.
– Returned products must be complete, packaged in their original packaging intact and must not have been used or opened. A request to return a product that has been used or opened cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
